I enjoy working with programmers because it's easier to understand each other. Here are the technologies I am proficient in: JavaScript, NodeJS, ReactJS, Parse Server, MongoDB, Flutter, Ubuntu, Docker.

I am a business owner and not very knowledgeable about website development. The problem is that our company's programmers failed to complete the project within the expected timeframe. So now, I am looking for a programmer to quickly finish the project.
If adding a programmer to the project can speed up its completion, I suggest you delegate the task of finding a programmer to the Lead Developer (CTO) because they are more skilled.
However, if you're unsure about the problem and are starting to lose confidence that the developer team can complete the project, it's likely a management issue.
This problem is quite challenging because we don't know the root cause. My suggestion is to list the tasks that need to be completed (a to-do list), do it as a team, and take a day to work on it. Write down the list clearly.
Then, from that list, select tasks that the programmers say can be completed within 1 week, with existing resources. Then, review it after 1 week.
If successful, maintain such management; don't let it slip away. Improve management with Scrum Framework.
If unsuccessful, find the root cause of the problem. It could be that the programming team overestimated their group members' skills or underestimated the task.
When the system is large and there are many heads, sometimes everyone loses direction and doesn't know what to do. Or they know what to do, but there is no motivation because they don't see the result of their work.
As a business owner, you might feel dissatisfied when expectations are not met. Programmers, as engineers, also feel satisfied with their work when they don't see results.
I have a business idea, and we have a budget for a full stack programmer to work on this project.
Hmm... we need to see first, what kind of project it is. If creating an MVP and proof of concept is enough using WordPress, I may not be suitable.
However, if the project truly requires a coder who can build a system from scratch until it's usable, I might be able to help.
Lastly, we need to look at the budget. Don't worry, I understand; the budget is for joining as a co-founder and as an employee. However, in this matter, there are many factors to consider. Let's have a Zoom video call or meet for a drink (when the lockdown is over).
